while prepping for the cypress college photography department photo shoot craig, vergil, and i got hungry went out to eat at a little mexican place down the street from greg fulton's studio in santa ana. near the restaurant is a liquor store called nadys liquor. it was there that we discovered he'brew - the chosen beer, the best named beer ever! we thought it was a hoot and vergil suggested we buy some for cliff, a photo instructor at cypress college, since he's jewish. it turns out he'brew is a pretty tasty beer which makes it even better. to top it all off, the beer is kosher as well!
we like messiah bold but the genesis ale is yummy as well. next time you see he'brew, give it a try, at least laugh at the name. it's rather clever.
